I'm always looking for more info for this chart. If you have any, please drop me a line at [email protected].
I bought a Clarinet for my wife as an Anniversary present (5yrs represented by wood), it was an Ebay purchase and it was a Boosey & Hawkes Edgware, Serial No. 449818, i did some searching and found no serial number even close to this on any of the main sites, i took it in to get serviced only to be told some of the keys were bent, so instead of getting it serviced / fixed, i went and bought another Clarinet, this time a Boosey & Hawkes Regent, Serial Number 346453.
Boosey & Hawkes Clarinet
Firstly what i'm looking for is either, a good site where i can find the age of both Clarinets, or if somebody could just tell me, even better. And secondly, out of the two, which is the better Clary, the Edgware or the Regent, is the edgware worth getting fixed (paid £40 for it).
Many thanks for reading.
